February Bridge Workshop


Join me every Sunday in February from 6-7:30pm PST to work on your bridge!


 

Some things we will be working on:

- Bridge weight shifts

- Waterfall bridge

- Forearm bridge

- Single leg bridge

- Shoulder strengthening and stability

- Thoracic chest extension

- Cervical spine engagement

- Core strengthening

- Hip flexibility

and much more!


Pre-requisites: Must be able to hold a bridge for at least 30 seconds and be able to do 10 pushups in a row.
