MUSCLE ISOLATION

Flexibility is complex and often non-intuitive. I teach students how to engage specific primary muscles and stabilizers in order to safely stretch. Through drills and practice, students will begin to make the mind-body connection needed to improve their flexibility.

END RANGE OF MOTION

Students will learn how to increase their range of motion and build active flexibility and strength in their end range of motion to reach their full potential.

STRENGTH & CONFIDENCE

Flexibility requires strength and dedication. Students will develop body awareness and strength in this full-body workout. They will progress at their own pace and learn to understand when to push harder or rest their body to prevent injuries.
