WHAT TO WEAR

Aim for comfort and freedom of movement

Students should wear clothing that is comfortable and stretchy enough for them to access their entire range of motion. Typically, students will wear leggings or shorts and a sports bra or tight shirt.

Form-fitting clothes are not required, but they make it easier for the instructor and the student to check for form and progress.
