All-levels classes: conditioning exercises and stretching to improve flexibility and increase active range of motion. Learn proper form and technique for splits and backbends.
Intermediate classes: pre-requisites apply. A faster-paced class that dives deeper into more advanced movements such as hand balancing, dropdowns, forearm bridge, and more.
