Cancellation Policy

Private sessions must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance and paid at least 24 hours in advance. Online classes can be booked anytime. Online classes must be cancelled 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Privates may be rescheduled to a future time slot one time. Please reach out to info@rissaflexes.com to reschedule privates. No refunds available for class recordings, tutorials privates, or workshops. If you have a member account, log in to your account to cancel a reservation. If you do not have an account, please email info@rissaflexes.com to request a refund. Your refund will be processed if you are eligible for a refund. Cancellation Policy: Payment must be received at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, your session will be cancelled. Classes must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. There are no refunds for class recordings, private sessions, tutorials, or workshops. Private sessions may be scheduled one time with at least 24 hours advanced notice.
